Emergency Care

Our current clients should call our regular office phone number (607) 756-5659. 

  

During regular office hours, our receptionists will receive your call and provide instructions.

If it is after our regular hours, our answering service will receive your call and gather pertinent information to relay to the veterinarian on call.  The doctor will return your call so be prepared by keeping your phone line free and by answering the call that may not be identified with a caller ID. To avoid delays, unblock your phone to receive the doctor's instructions regarding your emergency.

Our veterinarians are available to speak to you after office hours until 10 p.m. and on Sundays from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.  During any other times when our hospital is closed, the answering service will instruct you to call an emergency hospital directly:
